I expressly request the sharing of my and my co-applicants’ (where applicable) information, including but not limited to updates about my loan application status, documentation of loan terms, name, phone number, property location, and loan officer contact information between Blend Labs, Inc. (“Blend Labs”), my/our lender, and Blend Brokerage, Inc. dba Blend Realty (“Blend Realty”), its agents, and third-party real estate companies that work with Blend Realty, and their respective agents or affiliated companies (“Third Parties”) for the purposes of matching me/us with prospective real estate agents and facilitating the transaction. I acknowledge that any information shared with Third Parties will also be subject to their terms of use and privacy policy. 

 

I understand that (a) Blend Labs is a digital technology provider and is not a licensed real estate brokerage and (b) services are provided by Blend Realty, an entity affiliated with Blend Labs and licensed as a real estate brokerage.
